A MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held at 1:30 p.m., CT, August 14, 2018, 401 E. Stewart, 3rd Floor Conference Room. All interested proposers are required to attend this meeting. A walk-through of the project will be held in conjunction with the pre-proposal meeting.
